Many people must have passed in the Windows Seven ever had trouble opening the Windows Media 12 (Windows Media Player). Often leaves the dialog box that says "The file wmplayer.exe has a version number should be 12.0.7600.16415 12.0.7600.16385" .
When you exit this dialog box means you must reinstall the music player and the causes of this problem even the know (I guess it must be setup in the operating system), but there is a solution you can implement without having to uninstall and reinstall the program.
To solve this error you have to do the following:
- Open a CMD window (Command Prompt) and run as Administrator.
- I Run, type the following command "sfc / scannow" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
- Already after scanning is finished, the error should be fixed.
There are some configuration issues in Windows 7 as Windows Vista is Microsoft's operating systems that have not been solved perfectly.
