War conflicts latent
Throughout world history there have been many conflicts, whether internal or international. These are produced by the various scratches and / or disagreements between two or more communities or nations, which are the problems to the point where anything can blow the war. A good example of this is the devastating war between Afghanistan and the United States that was triggered the attack on the "Twin Towers" of September 11, 2001 by Afghanistan. This conflict gave rise to the XXI century and numerous conflicts that are latent in various parts of the world. Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe have hot spots where there are internal or international conflicts still under development and others, from one moment to another, could make it explode.
believe it is very important to note that our country is not out of it, since Chile is having many disagreements with countries neighboring Peru and Bolivia for territorial affairs and with Argentina over energy issues that if not resolved in the future could bring about what no one wants a new war.
